The company ekoDEM Pardubice s.r.o. provides technical measurements by using the continuous measurement of inorganic and organic substances with the analyser FTIR to its clients from the Czech Republic and abroad.
Obtaining accurate data about concentration course in the course of measurements, i.e. in the course of source operation, performed examinations and setting of air pollution source is the advantage of such measurements. Data are deducted in minute intervals and at once it is possible to measure up to 50 gases.
We mostly use the analyser Gasmet DX4000 for measurements of:
- Flue gas humidity (H2O)
- Gaseous emissions (CO2, CO, NO, NO2, N2O, SO2)
- Inorganic substances (NH3, HCl, HF)
- Methane (CH4)
- Various volatile organic compounds according to customer’s requirements – for example formaldehyde
With the help of analyser library, it is possible to add easily other gases without any hardware changes. Measuring cell resistant to the corrosion is heated to 180 °C which ensures that the sample remains in gaseous phase even by high concentrations of H2O or corrosive gases.
